Through participation in this seasonal, high-volume production effort, students develop a strong work ethic, practical job skills, and a sense of responsibility that prepares them for success in entry-level employment.

  • Seasonal Business Training Environment:
    • The Wreath Program operates as a real business, providing students with a structured, hands-on introduction to:
      • Assembly line production
      • Warehouse operations
      • Order fulfillment
      • Customer service and sales support
  • High-Volume Production & Logistics:
    • Students play an essential role in:
      • Assembling and packaging thousands of decorative holiday wreaths
      • Managing inventory and maintaining workspace organization
      • Coordinating with sales staff to ensure timely and accurate shipping
    • Their work helps support Boys Republic’s annual holiday fundraising efforts, giving their labor added purpose and visibility

Practical Skill Development
