Girls Republic
Girls Republic is our dedicated short-term residential therapeutic program (STRTP) for girls. The Monrovia residence serves as a home where participants can live while receiving therapy, attending school, and working toward family reunification. At this location, they gain essential life and academic skills supporting their education and future success.
Girls Republic is a specialized program designed to meet the unique needs of young women in our care. Located at our Monrovia residence, the program offers a safe, structured, and supportive home environment where participants can reside while attending school and working toward personal growth.
At Girls Republic, our students are guided by compassionate staff who foster a sense of stability, self-worth, and responsibility. The program also offers therapeutic support and individualized case management to help young women navigate personal challenges, build resilience, and set achievable goals. Through hands-on learning experiences and mentorship, they gain the confidence and tools to transition into adulthood with purpose and direction.
In addition to their academic studies, participants engage in a comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes essential life skills such as budgeting, communication, time management, and career readiness.
Girls Republic is more than just a residence—it’s a transformative stepping stone where girls are empowered to reclaim their potential and build a brighter future.
