Bakery

Online Ordering Begins October 1st, 2025

The student-run bakery is part of our vocational training program, where students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a commercial kitchen setting. Through this program, they learn the science of baking as well as the day-to-day operations of a professional bakery.

This hands-on training equips disadvantaged youth with valuable life skills and work experience, helping them become responsible, self-reliant members of the communities they return to.
